Strategic Communications Support Activity

Project Dates: 4/8/2024 - 9/30/2028
The Activity supports the government of Armenia to build streamlined and citizen-centered strategic communications to ensure the public remains informed.

USAID’s Strategic Communications Support Activity works with the Government of the Republic of Armenia to put in place effective, streamlined, data-driven, and citizen-centered strategic communications systems, capacities, and practices. The Activity will focus on enabling the institutional set up and talent management for the public sector’s streamlined strategic communication, ensuring institutionalized systems and capacity for data-driven information management to inform and foster citizen-centered strategic communications and public outreach.

By strengthening the Government of Armenia’s strategic communications capabilities, the Activity will help the Government improve public trust domestically while strengthening and diversifying its relationships globally. Through implementation of strategic communications systems, the government of Armenia will integrate the voices of the public, ultimately fostering public engagement through clear and transparent communication.
