At Chemonics, we apply lessons learned across all of our projects. We’re open to learning new approaches, capturing new ideas and sharing them across the globe. Whether we’re managing projects, contributing to new business efforts, or building technical expertise, we offer numerous opportunities for staff to develop the skills, behaviors and knowledge required to be successful in international development. We encourage on-the-job shadowing opportunities to learn from more experienced colleagues in the field. We offer more than 120 training courses each year, providing opportunities to our staff to take on new, more challenging roles and develop professionally. And we provide short, informal learning sessions and online/blended courses.

We also invest in local staff capacity with training programs to help hone your project management and leadership skills. All of this training can be accessed outside of working (government-billable) hours and can be completed at the pace that works best for you.
