This RFP is issued for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of fire prevention and firefighting systems for Zambia Medicines and medical supplies agency (ZAMMSA).

Proposal conference pre-registration deadline: Offerors are required to RSVP by 3:00 pm Zambian time (CAT) on September 15, 2021.
Proposal conference: Online on September 16, 2021 at 10:00 am Zambian time (CAT)
A mandatory site visit: All registered offerors should attend the mandatory site visit which will be held on September 20, 2021, at 10:00 am, Lusaka time, at the ZAMMSA warehouse, located at Mukwa Road, OFF Lumumba Road, Lusaka, Zambia
Written questions due: September 22, 2021 by 3:00 pm Zambian time (CAT)
Proposal due: October 15, 2021 by 5:00 pm Zambian time (CAT)
