USAID’s Higher Education Leadership Management project was formed to help strengthen Indonesia’s higher education leadership and management. The project focuses on four core management areas, selected in close collaboration with the Directorate of Higher Education DIKTI, and five components.
The Higher Education Leadership Management (HELM) project is USAID/Indonesia’s flagship program in higher education, designed to support the Directorate of Higher Education (DIKTI – Ministry of Education) to implement reforms, strengthen leadership and management and introduce special initiatives and innovations in higher education. The results will enable 50 higher education institutions to focus on quality education and research, expanded community service, and local demand for education opportunities.
