Chemonics’ global network is driven by the belief that tomorrow’s world must be better than today’s, which is why our approach to working with children, youth, and adults centers on continuous learning and instructional excellence. Across the spectrum of education, including foundational literacy and numeracy skills, higher education, youth workforce development, and education in crisis and conflict, we strive to apply Universal Design for Learning principles to all activities and resources that serve learners, schools, and communities. Focusing first on those at the margins, we develop education resources and processes that are evidence-based, inclusive, flexible, and integrate contextually relevant methods and modalities. Across multiple settings, formal and informal, we aim to increase equity and improve education outcomes for learners through a system-wide lens for enabling the learning environment and engaging key education stakeholders to drive education outcomes.
