Join a panel of experts as they explore the innovative, practical applications of systems thinking in healthcare and the pivotal role it plays in fostering meaningful, locally led partnerships tailored to the unique needs of communities.

Dana Tilson brings 25 years of experience in global health development, non-profit management, and organizational strategic and capacity development. She has designed and implemented health programs across Africa, Asia, and Latin America resulting in national improvements in family planning, maternal and child health, and malaria. She has extensive expertise working with the private sector and public private partnerships to improve health coverage. She has reformed and strengthened NGOs to operate more efficiently and cost effectively to increase their health impact. Dana has a Master of Science in Public Health from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.

Michelle M. Lang-Alli
Health Office Director
USAID/India

Michelle is the USAID/India director for the Office of Health. She has worked for USAID as a foreign service health officer for 12 years, and has over 25 years in the global public health field. Previously she served as the director for USAID’s health office in Uganda and the Philippines/Pacific/Mongolia missions and the HIV Team Lead in Cambodia. Prior to joining USAID, she worked throughout South and Southeast Asia, including India, at both the policy and grassroots levels as a program officer, chief of party, senior technical advisor, and a regional technical advisor. She has expertise in infectious diseases, reproductive health, maternal/child health, nutrition, water/sanitation/hygiene and health systems. Ms. Lang-Alli received her bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Iowa with an emphasis in health economics and her masters in public health in international health and development from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.

Dr. Amit Bhanot has served as project director, technical expert, and quality improvement specialist on several multimillion-dollar interventions for family planning/reproductive health, maternal newborn child health, HIV, tuberculosis, and noncommunicable diseases. With more than 24 years of experience, Dr. Bhanot has worked across in Asia and Africa. With four years of experience with the Indian Government Health Service, Dr. Bhanot has worked in 17 states in India. He has extensive experience supporting the private sector and international nonprofit programs, including exploring blended finance models, and is currently the Frontier Health Markets (FHM) Engage India country director and chief of party.

Dr. Oluwatosin Kolade is a medical doctor and a health system strengthening and healthcare financing  specialist with more than 15 years of experience in the health, development, and consulting sectors. He has directed the setup and operational management of several health prepayment mechanisms across Nigeria. In recent years, as the sustainable development director at Health Systems Consult Limited (HSCL), Dr. Oluwatosin provides strategic and managerial oversight on the design and implementation of donor-funded programs and consulting for national and subnational governments and the private sector.

Titilola Olaolu-Hassan is the COO and co-founder of Zuri Health, a virtual hospital which provides high-quality, affordable healthcare services across Sub-Saharan Africa. Before Zuri Health, Titilola worked for MTech Communications, Oando, and Navgas, where she supported women in adopting cleaner cooking fuels, thereby reducing the incidence of respiratory diseases. Titilola was recognized by both VivaTech’s Female Founders Challenge and the Lagos State Government Health Service Commission for her support for maternal and neonatal health. With more than 18 years of experience in sales, strategy, and product management, Titilola has a proven track record in driving business growth and optimization.
