This final report examines the Ghana Case Tracking System Activity and how it supported the Government of Ghana in implementing CTS to investigate and prosecute criminal cases.
This final report summarizes the achievements and outcomes of the Ghana Case Tracking System (CTS) Activity, and how it supported the Government of Ghana’s ability to effectively investigate and prosecute criminal acts. It also enhanced the tracking criminal cases from their introduction into the system to their prosecution, trial, and sentencing in the courts, and execution of the sentence in prison. The CTS promoted information sharing and coordination among Ghana’s law enforcement and judicial authorities, and increased the effectiveness in investigating and prosecuting criminal cases including those related to corruption, border security, maritime security, and cybercrime.
