Senior Practice Associate, Democracy and Governance Rebecca Duke

Rebecca Duke is a senior practice associate in Chemonics’ democracy and governance practice. She specializes in rule of law and people-centered justice programs and research. Rebecca has a background in gender inclusion in governance and elections. She holds an M.A. in international security from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies and a B.A. in international studies and Spanish from Hanover College.
