Liberia Country Director, USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) Project Dr. Innocent Ndubuisi Ibegbunam

Dr. Innocent Ndubuisi Ibegbunam is Liberia’s country director for Chemonics’ Global Health Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project, and brings over 16 years of professional experience in public health program design, implementation, and evaluation to this role. Prior to this, Innocent served as deputy country director for Chemonics’ GHSC-PSM project in Nigeria. Innocent has experience working on Chemonics’ Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) project, and the USAID│DELIVER PROJECT. He has also supported health commodity supply chain management and procurement as director for different projects focused on HIV/AIDS, malaria and reproductive health programs. Innocent holds an executive doctoral degree in health leadership (DrPH) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Public Health from the University of Liverpool, and a bachelor’s in pharmacy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
