In hard-to-reach rural regions, with limited distribution systems, USAID’s Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management project is considering Unmanned Aerial Vehicles to take on the workload. Someday drones may move HIV/AIDS supplies and other health commodities skyward.
