Managing Director, Program Management, USAID Global Health Supply Chain-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) Project Shaun O’Neil
Shaun O’Neil has nearly 25 years of international development experience with nearly 20 years’ experience implementing donor-funded health programs focused on strengthening HIV/AIDS, malaria, family planning, and maternal, child health commodity supply chains. Shaun is currently a managing director overseeing nine country supply chain and health systems strengthening programs in eastern and southern Africa for the USAID Global Health Supply Chain-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project. Prior to joining the GHSC-PSM Program, he was based overseas supporting USAID, World Bank and UNDP-funded social marketing and supply chain programs in Nepal, The Gambia, Afghanistan, and the Philippines. Shaun holds bachelor’s degrees in international studies and Russian language from Miami University of Ohio and a master’s in public administration and management from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
