Rebecca Duke was formerly a specialist with Chemonics’ digital development practice. She has a background in rule of law, people-centered justice programs, and gender inclusion in governance and elections. Rebecca holds an M.A. in international security from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies and a B.A. in international studies and Spanish from Hanover College.
