Rachel Ryan is an international development professional and certified urban planner. Having managed USAID-funded water and essential service delivery programming ranging $15 – $65 million (primarily in Ukraine and Tajikistan), she now contributes technical inputs and strategy to Chemonics International’s Water, Energy, and Sustainable Cities (WESC) business development work, supports successful design and implementation of Chemonics’ global portfolio of WESC programs, and represents the WESC practice at industry events.
