Private Sector Advisor Ndeye Fatou Tall Ndiaye
Ndeye Fatou Tall is a health economics specialist with more than 15 years in the field of health governance. Her background includes ten years in managing process implementation of public private partnerships in the Senegalese health sector. She has led a platform for public-private dialogue through the creation of the National Alliance of the Private Health Sector and the Western Federation. She has also designed strategic health reforms for national policy and managed multiple projects funded by USAID and the World Bank for the Ministry of Health to improve the private sector in Senegal.
Her expertise includes health financing, health structures management, and coaching on health-specific modules for improved local governance.
She worked with Abt Associates in its 5 years- Sustaining Health Outcomes through the Private Sector (SHOPS) Plus project in Senegal before joining Chemonics in November 2022 on the USAID-funded Building a Resilient Health System project.
