Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Advisor, Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU) Maryna Rudenko

Maryna Rudenko is a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Advisor at the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU). She has 20 years of experience supporting democratic development, parliamentary and justice reform, gender mainstreaming, and the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda to the national policies and legislation, implementation of projects from a gender perspective in Ukraine. She promotes the inclusion of vulnerable groups, including women, IDPs, and persons with disabilities, and access to transitional justice and recovery initiatives. Maryna has an MA in Political Science from Kyiv Mohyla Academy.

Chemonics UK’s PFRU programme is a multi-year, multi-donor funded programme managed by the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and governed in collaboration with the Government of Ukraine.
