Senior Associate - Water, Energy, and Sustainable Cities Practice Lauren Pell

As a Senior Associate within the Water, Energy, and Sustainable Cities practice, Lauren supports Chemonics’ multidisciplinary approach to complex water security, sanitation, and hygiene challenges around the globe. With three years of experience in international development and a background in operational excellence, health supply chain, and tech sales, Lauren brings a uniquely business-minded perspective to the innovative approaches, partnerships, and technologies her team leverages to develop scalable, integrated, and sustainable solutions. In particular, Lauren brings a strong focus on Lean and Six Sigma process and continual improvement, data visualization, and quality management systems. Lauren has worked in three countries and holds a B.A. in International Development Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
