Haiti Country Director, USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) Project Dr. Florence Guillaume
Dr. Florence Guillaume is a licensed pediatrician with 30 years of public health experience in Haiti. Before joining the GHSC-PSM project, she served as Haiti’s health minister for five years, providing strategic support to colleagues at the central and departmental levels, while also giving technical guidance to USAID for health programming in-country. As health minister, Florence advocated for more effective health solutions following the January 2010 earthquake. Prior to serving as Haiti’s health minister, she provided both technical and project management guidance as a deputy chief of party for Management Sciences for Health (MSH) in Haiti. Florence holds a M.D. from the State University of Haiti’s Faculty of Medicine.
