Technical Lead Faiziddin Niyozov

Faiziddin Niyozov is an education expert with 23 years of experience in classroom instruction, teacher professional development, formative assessment, and developing competency-based standards. Faiziddin is an accomplished team leader who guides teachers, ministry officials, and consultants to deliver high-quality pre-service and in-service teacher training packages, mentorship and coaching materials and approaches, age-appropriate reading materials and related instructional guides, as well as monitoring and evaluation frameworks. He has expertise in Tajikistan’s competency-based standards, having designed, developed, and tested standards across various grades and subjects, with a particular focus on primary mathematics and reading standards. Faiziddin maintains strong connections within the education sector, having served within the Ministry of Education and Science and collaborated with all relevant donors in Tajikistan. He possesses a deep understanding of change agents within the educational environment and leverages relationships to advance education reform goals.
