Ghana Country Director, USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) Project Dr. Innocent Ndubuisi Ibegbunam
Dr. Innocent Ibegbunam is a public health development expert with nearly 20 years of visionary leadership, with more than a decade at senior leadership level on USAID and The Global Fund-supported programs in developing Africa countries. He is an expert in health supply chain system design, forecasting and supply planning, procurement, inventory management and optimization, supply chain information systems design and deployment, capacity building, heath products selection, rationale use of medicine, and monitoring and evaluation.
Innocent is the Country Director of Chemonics in Ghana overseeing USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program -Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) and The Global Fund Logistics Support Project. He joined Chemonics in 2016 and was previously the Country Director in Liberia and Deputy Country Director in Nigeria for GHSC-PSM.
Dr. Ibegbunam holds a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill NC, MPH from University of Liverpool, UK, and Bachelor of Pharmacy from University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
