WARO Regional Advisor Dr. Charlemagne Gnoula
Dr. Charlemagne Gnoula is a pharmacist with more than 16 years of experience with the health supply chain in Burkina Faso, West Africa. Prior to joining the Global Health Supply Chain – Technical Assistance (GHSC-TA) Francophone Task Order (TO), Charlemagne served as a general manager of CAMEG, Burkina Faso’s central medical store for essential medicines and medical consumables. As a West Africa Regional Office (WARO) regional advisor for the GHSC-TA Francophone TO, he provides technical assistance in health supply chain to Togo, Mauritania, Burkina Faso, and Niger. He is also an assistant professor at the University of Ouagadougou. Charlemagne holds a Ph.D. in biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences from Free University of Brussels, Belgium.
