Cameron Berkuti is a former director in Chemonics’ Middle East and North Africa Division and former chief of party for the USAID/Iraq Governance Strengthening Project. He has more than 40 years of national and international experience in local governance, decentralization, capacity building, public service delivery, urban infrastructure projects, civil society strengthening, and community development and mobilization.
