Andrew Baker currently serves as the chief of party for the Punjab (Pakistan) Enabling Environment Project. Previously, he served as a home office project management director and was responsible for the technical, contractual, and financial oversight of a USAID-funded portfolio of three projects totaling $36.7 million. He also served as the deputy team lead and poultry component lead for nearly four years for the USAID-funded Sri Lanka Supporting Opportunities for Livelihoods Development Project. Andrew has held other positions at Chemonics, including in operations, start-up, and project management for programs in North Africa and the Middle East. Prior to joining Chemonics, he was a project manager for the global USAID-funded Farmer to Farmer program. Andrew holds a M.A. in Multicultural and Organizational Communications from De Paul University and a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology.
