Chemonics International is soliciting proposals for work under the FCDO-funded Research and Innovation Systems for Africa (RISA) programme. The goal of the RISA programme is to strengthen research and innovation systems by developing a portfolio of well-designed, evidence-based projects in multiple African Countries.  As part of project activities, RISA requires the purchase of stakeholder identification/ analysis services to identify key stakeholders in each country that have an interest in being directly involved in RISA interventions and funding calls for research and innovation ecosystem projects. These analyses will also be used to inform future and/or understanding the objectives and outcomes of RISA activities and interventions, including involvement in learning workshops and communications products. The anticipated start date for this work is mid-February 2022.

Please submit proposals to ken-risa-procurement@chemonics.com and reference the above-identified RFQ number (RISA-RFQ-029). The deadline for offers in response to this RFQ is 5:00PM Nairobi time on Friday, 28 January 2022. Please refer to the full RFQ for additional details and submission instructions.
