Chemonics International Inc., acting on behalf of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the USAID Global Health Supply Chain – Technical Assistance Francophone Task Order (GHSC-TA FTO) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), under contract number AID-OAA-I-15-00030/AID-OAA-TO-17-00006, is soliciting offers from companies and individuals to conduct an inventory of human resource performance capabilities in the supply chain of the Ministry of Public Health, Hygiene and Prevention in the DRC. The proposed scope of work is expected to take place over a 8-12 week period. This RFP contains all the necessary information for interested offerors.
