Please note that eligibility to respond to this RFP is restricted to U.S. small businesses that can self-certify that they qualify as a small-disadvantaged business (including 8(a), Native Corporations, and Tribal Enterprises), women-owned small business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or Service-Disabled Veteran-owned small business, per the definitions in FAR 52.219-8.
