Eswatini Country Director, USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program - Procurement and Supply Management Project Timothy Rosché
Timothy Rosché has more than 35 years of development‑related experience in Africa, primarily with USAID-funded activities in commodity logistics, HIV/AIDS, malaria, and family planning, as well as some agriculture-related project management. Currently, he is serving as a country director for the Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project in Eswatini, after having served as country director in Lesotho, and for both the USG-funded Supply Chain Management System project (SCMS) and the USAID | DELIVER PROJECT in Maputo, Mozambique and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Timothy also served as the West Africa Regional Logistics Advisor under the Family Planning Logistics Management (FPLM) project, and as Chief of Party for the Mali Community Health and Population Services (CHPS) project.
