Senior Associate, Impact Studio Mahdis Nicokar

Mahdis Nicokar (she/her/hers) is an impact driven practitioner with a background in social innovation and enterprise management supporting social entrepreneurial-led ventures to design, ideate, implement, and scale impactful solutions. She is an experienced facilitator in applications of human-centered design methodology and agile project management who creates space for teams to turn their ideas into clear implementation plans for sustainable solutions. Mahdis has co-designed and implemented Chemonics’ internal Scale Accelerator, providing support to staff as they scale their proven solutions to new contexts and markets.
