Angola Country Director, USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program - Procurement and Supply Management Project Ladi A. Stephen
Ladi Agbenu Stephen currently serves as the Angola country director for the Global Health Supply Chain program – Procurement and Supply Management project. She is a public health supply chain system strengthening specialist, pharmacist, and certified project manager with more than 16 years of experience in healthcare supply chain development in sub-Saharan Africa on malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, maternal & child health, and essential medicines programs. Ladi also has technical experience designing capacity building programs including applying the Human Centered Design approach, public-private partnership initiatives, health commodities quantification, international procurement for health commodities, project grant negotiations, and supply chain technical strategy development. She previously served as country director for Pharmaceutical Systems Africa in Nigeria, representing the organization on the board of People that Deliver. Prior to her role as country director, Ladi was a director of health systems strengthening for the GHSC-PSM project in Nigeria and Angola.
