Director, Europe and Eurasia Regional Business Unit Jennifer Burdett
Jennifer Burdett is a development specialist with 18 years of experience designing and managing donor-funded programs in the education and governance sectors. Her areas of expertise include rule of law, anti-corruption, and civil society strengthening. She has managed large-scale and complex programs aimed to improve government accountability and quality services delivery, access to justice and increased efficiency and transparency of judicial institutions, and reading skills of primary grade students. Jennifer currently oversees USAID’s Justice Activity in Kosovo and the Moldova High Value Agriculture Activity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from James Madison College at Michigan State University and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
