Country Director, Malawi PSM Daniel Taddesse
Daniel Taddesse is currently the country director of the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project in Malawi. Daniel offers 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain and public health development. He has worked with both government and non-governmental organizations while specializing in project management, system design, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic relationship building with stakeholders. Daniel’s project management experience includes serving both as country director and deputy country director for pharmaceuticals supply chain projects worth $600 million in Africa for more than 10 years. These roles include defining strategy and designing and implementing projects that deliver results through effective management of resources and staff. Daniel is a qualified pharmacist by profession, with advanced degrees in public health and business administration.
