Deputy Country Director, GHSC-PSM Haiti Emmanuel Le Perru

Emmanuel is a public health program management expert with 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical products licensing, technology transfer, venture capital fundraising, supply chain and global health programs implementation (Cancer, Malaria, HIV, Family Planning, Maternal and Child Health). He worked for the University of California, the French Embassy in the USA, the Pasteur Institute, PSI, MSH, and more recently for Jhpiego as Country Director in Nepal. Emmanuel currently serves as Deputy Country Director for the USAID Global Health and Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project in Haiti, where he is responsible for the procurement, warehousing, and last mile distribution of $20 million of health commodities per year. Emmanuel holds a Master’s in Management from SKEMA Business School, France.
