For the Second Year, The Washington Post Names Chemonics a Top Workplace

The Washington Post has recognized Chemonics as a stand-out workplace in the Washington, D.C. area for the second consecutive year.

Chemonics has been named a Top Workplace in the Washington, D.C. region for the second year in a row, a recognition earned solely based on feedback from Chemonics’ employees. The feedback was gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including the extent to which employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, empowered to execute, and more.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

“Our culture at Chemonics is a foundational pillar of achieving our mission to create meaningful change around the world,” said Chemonics President and CEO Jamey Butcher. “This recognition reflects the key role our inspiring teammates have in defining that culture, underpinned by our values that they embody every day.”
