The purpose of the USAID project Global Health Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), (GHSC-PSM) is to guarantee the supply continuum of health products in support of public health initiatives funded by the United States Government around the world. In March 2021, USAID requested the support of GHSC-PSM to strengthen logistics for vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) in Guatemala. This support will be focused on the key needs identified in the framework of the National COVID-19 Vaccination Plan.
Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Chemonics in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.
Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 12:00pm local Guatemala time on May 31, 2021 by email to the GHSC-PSM office. Offers must be emailed to gfuentes@ghsc.psm.org. All offer documents must be stamped and signed by the offeror’s authorized representative, properly scanned and attached in PDF format.
