Chemonics International Inc., under the Global Health Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project, USAID Contract No. AID-OAA-I-15-00004 and Task Order Nos. AID-OAA-TO-15-00007, AID-OAA-TO-15-00009, AID-OAA-TO-15-00010, and AID-OAA-TO-16-00018, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure electronic logistics management and information systems (e-LMIS) advisory services to support the GHSC-PSM project in Rwanda. The linked RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.
The purpose of this acquisition is to procure advisory services and subject matter expertise to facilitate, execute electronic logistics management and information (e-LMIS) activities and ensure continuous operations. The offeror will support enhancements, support users, and provide strategic guidance and technical expertise for a digital supply chain (DSC) strategy and architecture in Rwanda.
