The Iraq Together/Ma’an Activity, implemented by Chemonics International, has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) No. MAAN-PROG-RFP-2024-001 to solicit proposals from eligible organizations to participate with the Iraq Together/Ma’an activity to enhance water, sewage, and solid waste management services by leveraging social behavioral change (SBC) experiments and methodologies. Iraq Together/Ma’an seeks a partner or partners who will lead a process rooted in evidence-based SBC methodologies to identify the root causes of the challenges to water, sewage, and solid waste services in Iraq and develop nudge experiments and SBC campaigns to improve service delivery outcomes. These methodologies will be employed in the six provinces throughout Iraq in which the Iraq Together/Ma’an activity has presence, and will employ tools such as rapid assessments, designing and implementing behavior change campaigns and experiments, and training stakeholders to enhance government responsive, transparency, and citizen engagement.
