The Frontier Health Markets (FHM) Engage project, implemented by Chemonics International, has released Request for Proposals (RFP) No. FHM-002 to solicit proposals from eligible organizations for the development of a project website. The website will serve as a key communication platform to support FHM Engage’s mission of improving health outcomes through strengthened local health markets and strategic private sector engagement.

The FHM Engage project focuses on enhancing access to family planning (FP), maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH), malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis (TB), and other essential health services by creating equitable, consumer-driven health systems in collaboration with local, regional, and global partners.

Proposals should detail strategies for website design, development, and maintenance, emphasizing user-friendly interfaces, accessibility, and the integration of multimedia content. The website must adhere to USAID branding and marking guidelines and incorporate data security best practices.

Eligible Offerors must be legally registered U.S. entities with a local presence in the United States. Companies or organizations must also meet the requirements.
