The Cross-Border Community Resilience (CBCR) Activity, implemented by Chemonics International and subcontractor ACDI/VOCA, is seeking concept notes from qualified local development organizations, for implementation of activities through grants to enhance resilience capacities of Donkey-dependent communities in the cross-border regions of Karamoja and Moyale Clusters only.
