Tetyana Dudka

Tetyana Dudka oversees Chemonics’ data and AI strategy to leverage digital tools and insights to help Chemonics, and our clients, make smarter decisions, drive impact, and stay ahead. Tetyana has more than 20 years of experience leading and supporting programs across Europe and Eurasia, where she leveraged advanced analytics to identify trends and to inform solutions and promote a data-driven culture. Prior to this, she served as senior vice president of Chemonics’ Europe and Eurasia division. Previously, Tetyana served as a chief of party and deputy chief of party for Chemonics projects in Ukraine. Before joining Chemonics, Tetyana served in project management, strategic communications, and business information roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and DAI, as well as vice president and head for information and international project development at the Regional Business Assistance Center.

Tetyana holds a M.S. in computer systems for data processing and management from Kharkiv State Technical University of Radioelectronics in Ukraine.
