Susanna Mudge

As chair of the board, Susanna Mudge brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to Chemonics. During her more than 40 year career, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to excellence.  

Susanna came to Chemonics in 1992 and has served in key leadership roles, including as president and chief executive officer, executive vice president, and senior vice president of the Latin America and Caribbean division. Hallmark achievements during her leadership tenure include driving organizational growth that expanded the company’s operations into more than 70 countries and leading the Transaction Committee that led to Chemonics becoming 100-percent employee-owned. In addition to Chemonics’ Board, Susanna currently serves as a member of the board of the Professional Services Council and of the EA Engineering, Science and Technology, Inc. PBC. 

Susanna holds a B.A. from Oberlin College and an MBA from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
