Rebecca Logan

With 25 years of experience, including 16 years in humanitarian assistance and international development, Rebecca Logan is a seasoned leader who has successfully managed USAID health supply chain programs with a $230 million annual budget. Rebecca oversees 34 supply chain field offices and 22 non-presence countries, excelling in multi-stakeholder coordination and proactive risk-based critical thinking. During crises like COVID-19, she maintained high-functioning supply chains and managed operations in challenging environments such as Haiti and Ethiopia. An effective people manager, Rebecca leads technical and operational staff and multicounty project teams across three continents to achieve outstanding results. As the senior liaison to the U.S. government, she collaborates closely with USAID, the U.S. State Department, and host-country governments.

Rebecca holds a M.A. in international development from American University, a B.A. in political science from the College of New Jersey, and has completed a MiniMasters in global supply chain management from Arizona State University.
