The USAID Innovative Finance Services Project is soliciting quotations from eligible vendors for as-needed, ad hoc purchases of expert training services. The project anticipates issuing a blanket purchase agreement (BPA)—or possibly multiple BPAs—to establish specific pricing levels and parameters for ordering these services. This will allow the Innovative Finance Services Project to issue specific purchase orders, on an as-needed basis, for the procurement of these services over the next 12 months. The Vendor shall furnish the services described in any purchase orders issued by Chemonics under this BPA.
