Democratic Republic of the Congo Country Director, USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Technical Assistance Francophone Task Order Kadjo Sèverin Elloh
Dr. Kadjo Sèverin Elloh is a health supply chain expert with 27 years of professional experience, including 14 years implementing USAID-funded projects in Côte d’Ivoire. He is currently the country director on the USAID Global Health Supply Chain (GHSC) program – Technical Assistance (TA) Francophone Task Order in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where he oversees the coordinating and implementing annual work plans that reflect USAID and the Ministry of Health’s priorities to strengthen the national supply chain system, as well as maintaining strong and positive working relationships with key stakeholders. Since 2017, he held several positions in Chemonics, including Côte d’Ivoire country director of the Integrated Health Supply Chain – Technical Assistance Project, and consultant in logistics data management specialist on the Global Health Supply Chain-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) COVID-19 Technical Assistance team. Kadjo is a medical doctor with a master’s degree in Public Health from Cheikh Anta Diop University, Dakar, Senegal.
