Vice President, ChemCapital Jill Ralph

Jill Ralph serves as the Vice President of ChemCapital, a subsidiary of Chemonics, where she leverages over fifteen years of expertise in investment and finance. Previously, she held the position of Head of Global Membership at The Motley Fool, where she excelled in incubating, launching, and scaling financial products and services on a global scale.

Throughout her career, Jill has been dedicated to empowering individual investors to secure their financial futures, escape debt, and achieve prosperity. She played a pivotal role in establishing a robust wealth management and financial planning division from inception, providing strategic guidance to a venture investing team from fundraising to deal execution. Additionally, Jill has a proven track record of vetting potential investment opportunities and nurturing early-stage founders and their teams, while also serving as a valued member of advisory boards for small private companies.

Jill has a background in journalism, deep experience in investor and client relations, holds a B.A. in English and nonfiction writing from George Mason University, and brings a balanced quantitative and qualitative approach to everything she does.
