David Dyer

Chief of Party, Kyrgyzstan AGRO Trade Activity David Dyer

David Dyer currently serves as the chief of party for the Kyrgyzstan AGRO Trade Activity. He is an economist and trade expert with more than 40 years’ experience managing private sector development and economic reform programs, including more than 13 years serving as chief of party on five USAID projects across Asia. He previously spent eight years with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and more than six years on the U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee. He has proven expertise supporting growth in jobs and incomes across high growth industries, such as agribusiness (including processing and packaging), tourism, ICT, and textiles. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from American University and a B.A. in Economics and Business from the University of Delaware.
