Senior Vice President, GHSC-PSM Christopher Scott
Christopher Scott is a senior project management expert with more than 20 years of experience managing international development projects. He currently serves as the senior vice president of the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management Project (GHSC-PSM) and acting global country programs director. In these roles, he provides strategic leadership to improve the availability of health commodities and technical assistance for supply chain system strengthening worldwide. Before that, Mr. Scott served as GHSC-PSM’s acting deputy director and senior vice president for Chemonics’ Supply Chain Solutions Division. He has also served as chief of party for USAID projects in Ukraine and the West Bank and as senior vice president of Chemonics’ Middle East regional business unit. Early in his career, Mr. Scott acted as senior advisor and chief of party for projects in Belarus, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Yemen. Before joining Chemonics, he was a USAID democracy team leader in Jordan. He holds a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School and an undergraduate degree from Marquette University.
