Senior Technical Advisor Dr. Andrea Bosch

Dr. Andrea Bosch is an international development expert with more than 25 years of experience exploring how to improve education, gender equity, teacher professional development, and media and technology for development. She served as Chief of Party for the USAID/Higher Education Leadership and Management (HELM) project for Chemonics, as well as several other USAID projects around the world. She’s designed and managed large education projects that incorporate technology tools to improve access and educational outcomes in Philippines, Egypt, Bolivia, Nepal, South Africa, India, and Indonesia, and held leadership roles at International Youth Foundation and Internews Network. She supports a variety of initiatives at Chemonics, including the UNLEASH youth innovation labs and supports human rights in Myanmar. She holds a PhD in Symbolic Systems of Education from Stanford.
