Chemonics International Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), under the People Centered Service Delivery in NW Syria (PCSD), financed by USAID’s Bureau for the Middle East via Cooperative Agreement No. 72027622CA00001, and Maintaining Emergency Response Services in Northwest Syria with the Syria Civil Defence III, financed by the German Federal Foreign Office under Agreement No. S04-381.50-P-18/22, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a qualified independent certified public accounting firm to perform a mandatory remote audit of a subaward in compliance with the terms of its cooperative agreement for this initiative. The attached RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.

PCSD is an 18-month project financed by USAID/BME and implemented by Chemonics International. Maintaining Emergency Response Services in Northwest Syria with the Syria Civil Defence III is a 10-month project financed by the German Federal Foreign Office and implemented by Chemonics International. The purpose of these two programs is to sustain the Syria Civil Defense’s (SCD) emergency medical services, including stipends and salaries, transportation, medical commodity procurement and supply chain management, and other capacity building and technical assistance for the SCD.
